Did this workout on 4 Jul with my awesome workout buddy Meg (of course she killed me).
Time 50:23
Scaled to 15 pullups per round
KB: 35 LBS
Old time 55:05 with 26LB KB and blue band for pullups
I loved every minute of this workout, it is grueling and mentally taxing as well.
I really think the new scaling philospphy is working well and I am glad I did because I can tell you I would probably still be hanging from the bar trying to get pullups. Key is to understand how to scale (i.e. lower reps or use bands, lighter weight, etc). Rob's recommendation for yesterday was awesome. Thanks!!!
