8 rounds + 2 TGU's
Now that's a full body exercise. I forgot how difficult they become in higher reps.

8 rounds even @ 15# (would've done higher weight, shoulder is acting up).
I heart turkish get-ups!

6 + 2TGU w/10 lbs. - difficult - form really crappy until I got the hang of the movement. Finally around round 2 1/2 stopped tumbling at the end.
Thanks Rob to the coaching -- I don't know how I escaped these in the past but after last night I think I know why!
Yeah Helen, I was missing something too! the ability to get to the floor without dropping by a@@.

7 rounds and 2 TGU's. 10lb dumbbell (weak, I know, but I was falling over LOL)
Thanks Rob for the instruction and Andy for the tips and for laughing with me every time I nearly fell over. Good times and bruises to prove it. :)
