Oh crap! It took Colleen 32 minutes? We are screwed!

I was thinking the same thing...that and I'm glad Thursday is my off day! Good luck tonight...

Tom, I think u should scale this WOD. Say, 45lbs squat cleans at 10 reps, 10 jumping pulls, and 250m run for one round. That should keep u under 30 mins.
Posted by: Bill | July 09, 2009 at 10:42
Bill, I think you should show up and perform when I'm in the box instead of avoiding the competition like you have for the past month.
Posted by: Tom C. | July 09, 2009 at 10:45
Girls! Girls! No fighting, its not lady-like.
Posted by: Pants | July 09, 2009 at 11:08
Tom, there is no competition when you're in the box. You get smoked like cheap crack time and time again. WOD up Hombre!
Posted by: Bill | July 09, 2009 at 11:23
Bill, show up and perform instead of bragging to everyone about your 'stealth' training outside the box. You have to Man up before you get the WOD up.

Tom, let's not forget who gave you the nickname you so careless flounder each WOD, ME. It was provided to you as a prescription to get you motivated and moving in the right direction. Maybe we should change it to useless. Possibly one day you'll be of some competition, to a 10 year old.

Did my WOD this morning again. Completed it in record time. About 13 minutes I think. Also ran a 5K during lunch time. If I make it to the box tonight I'll probably just do Heavy Fran.
I'm still trying to get to the fitness level of Muscle. He's really the inspiration to my dedication and consistent progress. When you all see him please show your respect. Thanks everyone. Billbo.

Tom, that was good, penning as me. I'll concede as that was a good one.
Much love.

Great workout, brought tears to my eyes, Yes, there is crying in Crossfit.
Thanks for the coaching this morning Rob. It helped me focus on form and not pain.

Zach I lied about my diet. I am consuming carbs. usually on Fridays and Saturdays. In the form of Miller Lite. In quantities divisible by 4.
Posted by: Danielle | July 09, 2009 at 20:45
34:48 RX C2B pullups.
Posted by: Tom C. | July 09, 2009 at 20:53
Scaled to 3rds of:
20 reps @ 50#
20 green band pullups
650m run
Took too many breaks during the cleans and pullups and was having trouble moving seamlessly between the movements. Running is still improving!

42:10 Badger was rough
Subbed 55lb Squat Cleans. Still trying to get my elbows around faster before I move up in weight. My legs are thanking my elbows tonight. I tore my hand again on the 87th pull up. So close. Sets of 5 seemed to help the hands last longer.
Bill and Tom, glad you are jibber jabberin' again. Someday I'll beat you guys and the other firebreathers in a WOD. How about pressing the bar up to a height over 8 feet without jumping or the help of any apparatus. I'll smoke you. Yes Rob, I know you'll probably still beat me

DNF - 2 rounds as rx'd. Back pain during the runs. Disappointed in my performance.
Posted by: rich | July 09, 2009 at 22:39
Rich - you have to shotgun 6 beers saturday for your performance - wait, is that a punishment?
Just Kidding - sh*t happens - you kick ass
Posted by: Pants | July 10, 2009 at 08:18
I scaled and this one STILL kicked my ass!!
15 squat cleans (65#)
20 pull ups (red/blue)
400m walk/jog
33:04
Zach and Rob - thanks for the coaching and encouragement. As always, you guys are fab!
