CrossFit Delaware Valley offers training programs to athletes of all fitness levels, regardless of experience. We use CrossFit methodology exclusively and find that this system is best suited to those that are seeking broad fitness that is useful for many different sports and activities. Whether you enjoy running, gardening or just playing with your kids, CrossFit will improve your fitness in ways you've never experienced!
If you would like to learn more about our gym, first come in and observe a class. Our calendar is always up-to-date and we run classes seven days a week.
Next, you must complete one of these two options:
CrossFit Personal Training
- Three sessions with a CrossFit-certified coach in our friendly and supportive environment.
- Emphasis on the 'big nine' CrossFit movements.
- Individualized programming and coaching.
- Short workouts, scalable to any fitness level.
- Cost is $165. Upon completion, we will credit $25 towards the purchase of any of our 6 or 12 month packages.
CrossFit 'Elements' Seminar
- Held once every month or so and runs 5 hours (Saturday).
- Participants learn the 'big nine' CrossFit movements from our trainers via lectures and practical application.
- Additional lectures on CrossFit methodology and theory.
- Short introductory workout designed for beginners but scalable to any fitness level.
- Cost is $125.
Additionally, we occasionally host Introductory Workouts at our gym (typically Saturdays). These are free sessions designed to give participants a taste of what CrossFit can offer. Please check our calendar for more information.
